Mmmm - mmm!
I know this is probably not new to some, but I just discovered it and Oh Man!
Last night I took a beef roast, about two pounds (roughly), and gave it a basic dry rub of garlic powder and season salt. I set the temp to 350 degrees and put the roast in the broiler. I let it go about ten minutes on each side and pulled it out to check. It was done! Seriously. Just slightly pink in the middle and juices just pouring out!
Wow was that good! And today, left over roast beef sandwich!
